The mobile application currently known as “PeerPin” (the “Application”), including but not limited to its name, concept, user interface (UI), user experience (UX), design architecture, features, system flows, algorithms, business logic, software code, visual assets, branding elements, content, and proprietary functionality, is the exclusive intellectual property of:

Copyright Protection

All original materials associated with the Application are protected under applicable international copyright laws, including but not limited to:

Patent & Functional Protection

The unique functional mechanisms, technical processes, system architecture, and operational methods embodied in the Application are proprietary and confidential.

Trademark Notice

The name “PeerPin”, associated logos, taglines, and branding elements are proprietary and protected under applicable trademark laws.

Unauthorized use of confusingly similar names, branding, color schemes, layouts, or visual identities intended to imitate or derive benefit from the Application is prohibited.

Prohibition on Scraping, AI Training & Automated Access

No individual, organization, artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, bot, crawler, scraper, or automated system is permitted to:

Access, scrape, extract, copy, or index the website or Application content
Use any content, design, structure, logic, or materials for AI training
Store, reproduce, or process the Application’s data for model development
Generate derivative systems based on the Application’s structure
Replicate UI/UX flows or functional logic
Use automated tools to analyze or simulate system behavior

Any such action without explicit written authorization constitutes unauthorized use and intellectual property infringement.

This restriction applies regardless of whether attribution is provided.

Idea Misappropriation Warning

The conceptual framework, feature composition, operational flow, and structured implementation of the Application are proprietary expressions protected under intellectual property laws.

While abstract ideas alone may not be protected, the specific expression, structured implementation, workflow execution, technical composition, and commercial application embodied in the Application are fully protected.

Any attempt to recreate a substantially similar application based on exposure to this website or Application materials may be subject to legal enforcement.
