The name “PeerPin”, associated logos, taglines, and branding elements are proprietary and protected under applicable trademark laws.
Unauthorized use of confusingly similar names, branding, color schemes, layouts, or visual identities intended to imitate or derive benefit from the Application is prohibited.
Prohibition on Scraping, AI Training & Automated Access
No individual, organization, artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, bot, crawler, scraper, or automated system is permitted to:

This restriction applies regardless of whether attribution is provided.
Idea Misappropriation Warning
The conceptual framework, feature composition, operational flow, and structured implementation of the Application are proprietary expressions protected under intellectual property laws.
While abstract ideas alone may not be protected, the specific expression, structured implementation, workflow execution, technical composition, and commercial application embodied in the Application are fully protected.
Any attempt to recreate a substantially similar application based on exposure to this website or Application materials may be subject to legal enforcement.
